Store Pickup Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. As soon as your order is ready for pickup at the salon, you will receive an email.

 

Salon Pickup

Orders can be picked up at our salon:

7 Kingsway, Barfield Road West Mersea, Colchester Essex, CO5 8TH

during salon opening hours:

MONDAYS | 9am – 4pm

TUESDAYS | 9am – 4pm

WEDNESDAYS | 9am – 4pm

THURSDAYS | 9am – 4pm

FRIDAYS | 9am – 4pm – by appointment

Orders placed during store hours will be available the next day we are open.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after pickup, if the item is unused, in its original packaging and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount.

In the event that your order is damaged in any way, please notify us in store or email us as soon as possible at tailsofmersea@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
