Any fleas found on your pet will incur a charge a £15 fee to cover the treatment of the salon.  We will also advise you how to eradicate the fleas and if necessary we will send your pet home to avoid contamination of the salon and other pets.

TEETH CLEANING

We offer teeth cleaning and not dentals; the teeth cleaning appointment will include:

An assessment of the teeth and gums to ensure there are no major health concerns, if teeth are too bad we will advise you consult a vet for treatment.

Your dog’s own toothbrush head will stay in the salon)and will need replacing periodically.

All dogs very in tolerance so this can differ on the results achieved. More frequent teeth cleaning will help to keep tartar and bacteria at bay. Teeth cleaning is a gradual process and needs to be carried out regularly for best results, as well as maintenance at home with the owner.

Please note, we are not a veterinary clinic and do not offer full dental treatments i.e tooth extractions or full plack removal. If we have any concerns over your dog’s teeth we will refer you to the vet.

We reserve the right to refuse this service to your dog  if your dogs teeth and gum health needs veterinary treatment or if your dog’s temperament is not suitable i.e aggression, reluctance.
